Meditation is good habit. If you meditate your stress, anger level will decrease. And your patience level will increase. Today we live in information world. Some times This information get overload in our brain.after that we had some headache,stress etc.. things. If you want to avoid this then you need to meditate.

Meditation has Power that after doing this you will happy always. So meditate. it feel you happier and reduce your stress. this happiness is big part of Motivation. So meditate daily and get motivated yourself.

3. Write down your goals :


Write down your goals and tape them in your mirror,wall etc. Then if you see them it motivate you to complete the goals. If you write down your goals it's helps you to create vision in your mind that how you want to be in the future.

The Motivation is depend on your thinking. If you think the positive things you get what you want by hard work. 9. Get out from comfort zone :


Face challenges get out from your comfort zone and Do hard work for success. It is easy to comfortable in comfort zone but it's hard to get out from comfort zone and face challenges. Always remember that the great things never come from comfort zone. 

I encourage you to push yourself  to getting out from your comfort levels. Getting out your comfort zone means do new things that is hard for you, do extreme sports activities, take risk in business etc.. that I think is examples of getting out from your comfort levels.
